Admission/Discharge
Our main admitting department is in the lower level of the Birthplace. The entrance can be accessed through the parking deck. Discharged patients leave from the admitting entrance.

Surgery patients report to the Pre-Surgical Suite in The Gaston Professional Center for testing before their procedure. The Suite is located at 2555 Court Drive adjacent to the Hospital. Your physician's office will give you more information once the surgery as scheduled.

Billing
The business office is located on the lower level of the Birthplace. Financial representatives can help you with any question about your bill. Call them at 704-834-2931.

Gaston Memorial Hospital Visiting Hours
Patient Information 704-834-2104.  Free visitor parking is in the parking deck located at the front of the hospital.

• Our standard visiting hours are:
  10:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

• For patients in Special Care units, ICU and CCU, the visiting hours are:
  9 a.m.-9:30 a.m.
  12 p.m.-12:30 p.m.
  5 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
  8 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

• For patients in Special Care units, PICU and PCCU, the visting hours are:
  9 a.m.-10 a.m.
  12 p.m.-1 p.m.
  5 p.m.-6 p.m.
  8 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

• The Terrace dining area is open at these times:
  Breakfast: 7 a.m.-9 a.m.
  Lunch: 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  Dinner: 5 p.m.-7 p.m.

• The Vending Area, on the first floor near the lobby, is open at all times.

• Our Gift Shop, also near the lobby, is open:
  Monday through Saturday: 10 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
  Sunday: 1 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
