Appointments

We accept appointments from 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is closed from 12:00 noon to 1:00pm each day for lunch. If you need to call the office during this time you may leave a message and someone will return your call after 1:00pm. Remember to bring a list of all medications you are currently taking to your first office visit. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office 24 hours in advance. This will allow other patients to use that scheduled time. Failure to keep scheduled appointments without notifying our office in advance may result in a patient being terminated from the practice. We try and see all patients on an appointment basis. We make every effort to be on time and ask that you extend the same courtesy. Emergencies do however occur which may delay your appointed time with our providers. In the event of unforeseen emergencies, we will do all that we can to honor your scheduled appointment time.

Prescriptions

We can only accept requests for routine prescription refills and requests for pain medications during regular office hours because we must have access to your medical records. When you call for a refill, please provide your name, the prescription name, pharmacy name, and pharmacy phone number. Routine prescription refills and pain medications will not be called in after normal office hours or on weekends.

Questions & Emergencies

If you have questions about your medical care, please try to call our office between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. One of our receptionists will forward your call to a nurse or will take a message and have a nurse or one of our physicians return your call. If you have an emergency after our office is closed, a doctor is always on call and can be reached by calling our office phone number. The answering service will take your name and have the doctor call you back. Always attempt to contact our office before proceeding to the hospital. However, in the event of a true medical emergency, please call 911 or proceed directly to the nearest emergency room.

Payment Policy

We ask that you pay for all services at the time they are rendered. MasterCard, Visa, personal checks and cash are accepted forms of payment. We will gladly file the necessary paperwork with your insurance, however you are responsible for payment of all deductibles, co-payments and any services not covered by your plan. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your coverage prior to your first visit. We realize payment and insurance issues can be confusing, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding this matter.
