The staff of the CaroMont Cancer Program continue to strive to provide care that patients and families feel they have made the right decision in choosing CaroMont Health and CaroMont Cancer Program for their cancer care.

Patient Satisfaction Surveys are distributed to patients and families that cover topics such as the courteous manner of staff; the amount waiting time; the privacy and helpfulness of phone conversations, as well as information about treatment and side effects provided by physicians and other staff.

The results of scores are quite high ranging from 95-100%. We appreciate suggestions offered by the patients and families that we serve and respond to those suggestions offered.
